As you study two closely related predatory insect species, the two-spot and the three-spot avenger beetles, you notice that each species seeks prey at dawn in areas without the other species.  Where their ranges overlap, however, the two-spot avenger beetle hunts at night and the three-spot hunts in the morning.  You bring animals into the laboratory and find the same patterns.  You have discovered an example of:

I'd say A) mutualism is the closest fit. Mutualism is an biological interaction between individuals of two different species, where both individuals derive a benefit, for example increased survivorship. By hunting at different times, the species have better chances of catching prey and therefore an increased chance of survival.
