From using a table of integrals we have that
so from this we can take out the constant 10 to make our integral look like
which now we know is just 10 [arcsin(x)] evaluated at 1 and √3/2
 
so.... 10[ arcsin(1)-arcsin(√3/2)] = 10[ π/2 - π/3]= 10π/6
