simple definite integral

Question Details:
Evaluate: 
The answer on my review shows the answer as 2. 
After getting the antiderivative I keep getting:
When I plug 2 and 1 into using F(b) - F(a) I keep getting 1 as an answer. More than likely im making a stupid error. Thanks in advance.
