Determine the number of moles in 625 L of H2 gas at STP.
 
I got 27.9 mol. Is this answer correct?

yup it's correct...
 
# of moles = volume given/STP (22.4). In your case, 625/22.4 is 27.9

Good job, you are correct!
 
Remember that at STP,you can always use the relation 1 mole = 22.4 liters as a conversion factor thus:
 
625 liters * ( 1 mole / 22.4 liters)  = 27.9 moles
