Response Details:
a) .40 mols HCl b) 0.85 mols HCl c) 4.6 mols HCl
Magnesium hydroxide has 2 mols of  OHs per 1 mol of Mg(OH)2.
Therefore you need twice as many protons to neutralize the same number of hydroxide ions.
