The IR indicates thaat it has an hyroxyl group.

THe NMR showedthat 9H is in one envirnment, and the other six hydrogen is one environment. The last hydogen signifies one hydroxyl hydrogen.

Here , carbon NMR does not give any inforamtion.

MW tells us thath it has 7 carbon, 16 hydroge, and one oxygen.
so, there is triplet and quartet . Obviously, there is three  ethyl group present in the compound.

The information c= 72.3  AND H= 13.1, it not clear to me.

From all the information, the structure of the compount  is
        CH3-CH2
                   /
CH3-CH2-C-OH
                  /
                CH2-CH3
