To find the solubility product you must find the Ksp. The Ksp is simply the product of the ions.

First find the charge of each ion
Pb2+  and Cl-  

Create a chemical equation

Pb2+ + 2Cl- ----> PbCl2

The reactants will be in the solubility constant products:

Ksp= [Pb2+ ][Cl- ]2

Clis squared because there is two Cl- in the reactant.Thus that is the solubility product constant.
