 In the given problem you are given Al(NO3)2(aq)  Al   always  exist with  +3 oxidation state,but not with +2 oxidation state.
 2Al(NO3)3(aq)+  3K2CrO4(aq)  --------->  Al2CrO4 (s)  + 6 KNO3(aq)
