"You're right. Just in the nick of time. Thanks."
Response Details:
Frequency can be found by λf = c

which we will convert over and have f = c/λ

Which will be f = (3.00x108m/s) / (530 x10 -9m) = 5.66x1014 s-1

Which is about right for frequency of visable light. Horray.

For the second part we need to use this formula energy of a photon, since radiation energy is bascially light energy and little photons and such, thats just my idea, so I would use this...
E = hc/λ

E = (6.626x10-34)(3.00x108m/s) / (530 x10 -9m) = 3.75x10-19 J

Doesn't look too unreasonable, and which should be your answer. :+)
Pffhh, if I knew everything, I would spend my entire time on here answering questions, but until then ill spend my entire time on here asking questions... :+)

      5.3 x 10 2  nm  coressponds to GREEN light  in visible region   of electromagnetic specrum.

     For any electromagnetic wave , frequency,υ  =  velocity of light,c  /  wave length of electromagnetic wave,λ
  ( c = 2.98 x 10 8 m/ sec,  λ  = 5.3 x 10 2 nm   =  5.3 x 10 2 x 10 -9 m  =  5.3 x 10 -7 m  ). Hence

                                                 υ = ( 2.98 x 10 8 m/sec  ) / ( 5.3x 10 -7 m)
                                                     =    0.5623 x 10 15 / sec
                                                     = 0.5623 x 10 15 hertz.
 the energy of  this wave ,E  =   planks constant,h  x frequency of wave,v
                                           =  6.625 x 10 -34 J sec  x 0.5623 x 10 15  / sec
                                          = 3.7252 x 10 -14   J
