I got 4,1,2,3 but i am not sure.

I think you have a typo if these are the choices then I am getting:

-CH2-OH         -C≡ N            -CH2-CL            -CH=CH2
(O,H,H)             (N,N,N)           (Cl,H,H)               (C,C,H)
