A 1-kg collar is attached to a spring and slides without friction along a circular rod which lies in a vertical plane.  The spring has a constant k = 0.60 kN/m and is undeformed when the collar is at point B.  The collar is released from rest at point C.  Plot the speed of the collar as a function of as a function of q  from 90° to 270° and determine the maximum speed of the collar.
