Response Details:
Let light is traveling  from Air to glass

refractive index of flint glass ,μ'= 1.6
refractive index of air,μ = 1

given:
angle of refraction = 24 degree

By Snell's Law
Sin(i) / Sinn(r)  = μ'/μ
=> Sin(i) / Sin24 = 1.6
=> Sin(i) = 1.6*Sin24  = 1.6*0.407 =0.6512
=> i = Sin-1 (0.6512) = 40.63200
