vertical forces are balanced so
 
   L cosθ = mg    or
 
   L = mg / cosθ  =  51200 / cos21  =   54842.6237 newtons
 
   and the horiz forces are balanced so
 
    R  = L sinθ  =  54842.6237 sin21  =   19653.8386 Newtons
