In a study of the Edmonds sea star it was found that the population had 2 color morphs-red and green. Researchers at a particular site collected a random sample of 67 Edmonds sea stars.  Of these 12 were red.  Assuming that 25% of the population were red color morphs, find the probability that
a) a random sample of 67 will have no more than 12 red morphs;
b)a random sample of 67 will have at least 12 red color morphs.(use a normal approximation of the binomial.)
