Answer Incorrect

Course Textbook Chapter Problem
Statistics and Probability Applied Statistics and Probability for Engineers (4th) by Montgomery, Runger 4.11 131E
Question Details:
Though i used λ as 0.5hrs (converted to hrs) and integrated from 0-3, i got 0.997 which doesnt match the answer behind the book. Am i doing this correct? Please help.
